The Clocktower Building

The Clocktower BuildingTM is a circa 1920s seven-story cast concrete commercial building located at 325 Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn. In its early years, it housed a printing press company.  It is currently home to a creative community of graphic designers, film producers, clothing designers, web designers, animators and engineers.  Ground floor tenants include a Nail Salon and a soon to open gourmet Italian restaurant.

The building is located in booming Downtown Brooklyn near the A/C/F/B/Q/R/2/3 trains, and major bridges and highways. It is within walking distance to Brooklyn Heights and Metrotech Plaza, and centrally located near DUMBO, Vinegar Hill, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. 137 Henry Street

137 Henry Street is a four story historic townhouse located in North Central Brooklyn Heights. The house was built in the 1820s, and was once home to former Brooklyn Mayor Seth Low. Much of the original details remain, including the original stoop. This rental building contains studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, along with a 25 foot garden.

28 College Place

28 College Place is a two story, 2800 square foot historic carriage house in Brooklyn Heights. The house was built in the mid-nineteenth century, to service one of New York's first women's colleges. The horses and carriages were kept on the ground floor with rooms for coachmen on the second floor. For a time, the property was owned by Colonel William Hester, founder of the Brooklyn Eagle. It serviced the Brooklyn Eagle for many years before being sold for residential use.

139 Henry Street

The Cornell Steamboat Co. Building - 108 East Strand

Located in the historic maritime industrial district, the Cornell Steamboat Co. building was constructed around 1906 to accommodate maritime transportation on the Hudson River between the D&H Canal and New York City.

This unique building has a beautiful interior composition, featuring industrial fixtures, oversized windows, and exposed brick.  The Cornell Building is situated directly on the waterfront with stunning views of the creek and Hudson River.

After decades of varied use, the Cornell Building is finally available to the public as an event space.  The raw space can be adapted for many uses, and it offers direct access to the beautiful Rondout Creek waterfront.

The Fitch House - 540 Abeel Street

This residence is a restored Rondout creek landmark.  It was the former dispatch office for the Fitch Bluestone Company.  It was constructed by the stone company in 1875 as visual evidence of the many uses of its products.  It has been meticulously restored complete with a new bulkhead.

Ulster Academy Lofts - 214 W. Chestnut Street

The Ulster Academy Lofts building has a long history in the city of Kingston, NY serving as one of two K-12 Academy's during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, an elementary school, temporary location of Ulster County Community College, a District warehouse and now a beautifully renovated building housing 18 condominiums, each privately owned. The building is over 150 years old.

Island Dock

Island Dock is a unique man made 17 acre peninsula in the Rondout Creek.  It was built by the Delaware & Hudson Canal Company to store huge piles of coal before they were loaded on to larger boats for shipment on the Hudson River.  Designed by James McEntee, the canal company's local engineer, it was the first pile dock ever built in America.

The landside section (apron) is 2 acres and connects to the 15 acre island via a causeway.  There is excellent barge access between the site and the Hudson River.

The property has a remarkable 6500 ft of shoreline, 19ft water depth within 20ft of shoreline, level terrain and ample space for barge berths along the north side.

181 - 207 East Strand

Part of the former KOSCO site on the Rondout Creek in Kingston, this property consists of a 3 story building with a total of 7596 square feet.  It is situated on an extra large lot with high visibility along the East Strand.
